Smart Homes, Built in the UAE and Delivered Across the Gulf.

Innova Living manufactures fully automated smart homes at our Abu Dhabi facility. Lighting, climate, security, energy and networking are installed, configured and tested on the production line, so what arrives on your site is a commissioned smart home rather than a shell waiting for an integrator. A smart home that arrives already working.

Most houses marketed as smart are a retrofit. A speaker here, a few bulbs there, a doorbell with its own app, and nothing that talks to anything else. An Innova home is designed around its automation from the first CAD drawing.

Lighting, climate, security, entertainment, irrigation and appliances run on one system, wired during manufacture and controlled from a single app or by voice. Scenes tie them together, so Good Morning opens blinds and starts coffee while Away Mode secures doors and simulates occupancy.

Because the home is built indoors on a production line, every system is commissioned and tested as an integrated whole before the unit ships. Nothing is left to be figured out on site in 45C heat.

Every system integrated, not bolted on

Most houses marketed as smart are a retrofit: a smart speaker, a few bulbs and a doorbell that each need their own app. An Innova home is designed around its automation from the first CAD drawing. Lighting, climate, security, entertainment, irrigation and appliances run on one system, wired during manufacture and controlled from a single app. Scenes tie them together, so Good Morning opens blinds and starts coffee, Movie Night dims lights and lowers shades, and Away Mode secures doors and simulates occupancy.

Automation that actually reduces the bill

Smart features earn their place when they cut running costs. Real-time energy monitoring shows exactly where power is going, while the AI system shifts consumption toward off-peak hours and conditions only the rooms in use. Combined with the sealed, heavily insulated envelope that factory construction makes possible, our homes are designed to cut energy costs by up to 70%, with automation alone accounting for reductions of up to 40%.

Tested before it leaves the factory

Because the home is built indoors on a production line, every smart system is commissioned and tested as an integrated whole before the unit ships. Networking is enterprise-grade with WiFi 6 access points positioned for full coverage including outdoor space, and wired Ethernet is available for home offices and media rooms. Nothing is left to be figured out on site in 45C heat.

Built for Gulf conditions

A smart home in this region has to earn its keep against heat, humidity and dust. Zoned HVAC with smart thermostats holds each room independently and pre-conditions ahead of your arrival, HEPA filtration removes 99.97% of airborne particles, and leak detection shuts off the water supply automatically before damage spreads. Battery backup infrastructure comes pre-installed so essential systems stay running through a grid outage.

Frequently Asked Questions

What people ask before ordering a smart home

What makes a house a smart home?

A genuine smart home has its lighting, climate, security, entertainment, irrigation and appliances on one integrated system you control from a single app or by voice, rather than a collection of disconnected gadgets. Every Innova home ships with that integration already installed, configured and tested in the factory, including automated lighting, zoned climate control, security cameras, video doorbells, motion sensors, leak detection, smoke alarms and occupancy sensors.

Are the smart systems installed before delivery?

Yes, and this is the main practical difference from retrofitting. Automation, wiring, networking and sensors are installed and commissioned on the production line under controlled conditions, then tested as a complete system before the home ships. You move into a working smart home rather than beginning a months-long integration project.

Does the home learn my routine?

Yes. The AI system adapts to your habits over time, adjusting lighting, temperature and energy use around your daily routine. It shifts consumption toward off-peak hours, pre-heats or pre-cools rooms before you arrive using geofencing, and suggests efficiency improvements, which is a large part of how energy bills fall by up to 40%.

Does it work with Alexa and Google Home?

Yes. Voice assistant compatibility with Alexa and Google Home is included, alongside the Innova Smart app for full remote control of temperature, lighting, security, cameras, door locks and energy monitoring from anywhere.

What smart features come as standard?

Automated lighting, zoned climate control, security cameras and video doorbells, motion and occupancy sensors, leak detection, smoke alarms, whole-home WiFi 6, real-time energy monitoring, battery backup infrastructure and full remote mobile control are all standard, not optional extras.

Which Gulf countries do you deliver smart homes to?
